Lab Academy Madrid was created in response — not from a focus on failure, but from belief in potential. Behind every interrupted journey lies talent, sensitivity, and the desire to begin again.

Our hybrid, international model offers a real alternative: combining academic rigor with human connection, art, and critical thinking. We want each student to rediscover their rhythm, purpose, and confidence to keep growing — inside and beyond the classroom.

Lab Academy does not compete with the existing system; it complements it, providing the space many young people need to reconnect with learning and move toward a meaningful future.

Our founder

Lab Academy Madrid is born from the experience of over 30 years of international work in education by its founder, Aníbal Bogliaccini. As an educational psychologist and counselor, he has accompanied thousands of young people in schools across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, helping them overcome academic and emotional crises and find a path towards university and adult life. This personal and professional journey gives solidity to a project that unites academic rigor, human care, and social commitment.
